Looking to get an early start on a fall photo session? Waterford Bend Park in Northville is a great place to go! Year after year, the trees at the park seem to change colors to beautiful oranges and reds earlier than the trees at other parks in the area.
For family lifestyle photo sessions, the park offers a few natural and man made settings to choose from for different backdrop looks. I like to incorporate the two bridges as props for some of the images of a session. Also, the grassy area is perfect for a simple look with just a blanket as a prop. The playground is great as it lets kids burn off energy while allowing for some great, candid action images!
In case you don’t know about the park, Waterford Bend Park is a part of Wayne County Parks’ Hines Park located at the northwest corner of 6 Mile Road and Northville Road.
